Our 2021/22 Customer Survey Shows Satisfaction Levels Remain High.

AccuGrit is primarily a service organisation, and how we support our customers is core to our mission of providing safe and reliable winter maintenance solutions. Getting feedback on our service delivery is essential for measuring customer satisfaction which helps us see what we’re doing well and where we can improve.

Therefore, we annually send a customer survey to collect anonymous feedback as part of our ongoing monitoring and control processes. As a result of this, we are delighted to announce the results from our winter season show that 89% of respondents would recommend our services, and overall satisfaction with our service remains consistently high, with 90% of respondents giving us a score of ‘above’ average for our gritting services.

We are, again, delighted with the results from the customer survey as we continue year on year to have a fantastic and overwhelmingly positive response.

Customers were asked questions about the service they have received from us over the winter months and their opinion on how responsive we have been to their enquiries.
