The scores are in, and AccuGrit has proudly achieved an average of over 90% in customer satisfaction for the 22/23 winter season.

As a result, we have taken on board the feedback from customers throughout the winter and in the survey to implement positive changes in time for the wintery weather later this year. Change is an inevitable part of any organisation’s growth and development. To start with, Systems and Data will solely focus on systems, forecasting, and providing clients with customised weather and data reports. In addition, we will work closely with Weatherquest at the University of East Anglia and have our own Meteorologist to provide clients with specific weather reports and updates.

Secondly, our operations department will be divided into two distinct areas to serve our clients better. The first area, Service Delivery, will focus solely on managing and delivering services to clients across the UK. This will be achieved by appointing a Head of Service Delivery and regional Service Delivery managers. As we continue to expand, we plan to hire additional service delivery managers into regional hubs to maintain our high levels of client satisfaction.

Over the next few months, the company will also undergo a significant team restructuring to better align its resources and services with the evolving needs of its clients. As a result, AccuGrit will be better positioned than ever to deliver exceptional results and value to its customers.

As part of our restructuring, our sales team will also expand, allowing us to effectively provide clients with the attention they require as our customer base continually increases.
