Please be advised that we have reviewed our business continuity plan and have made required changes to keep our people and clients safe and your business open during the Covid-19 outbreak.

We will continually  review in our off season and make sufficient plans as required as we lead up to Winter Season 20/21.

Key points reviewed;

• All staff that coordinate operations can work from home as all of our systems are based remotely in the cloud.
• Typically, our operatives in the field cover small geographical areas so we are best placed to respond to reactive calls, these geographical areas will be expanded in the event neighbouring teams need to cover additional areas. All information relating to sites is easily shared via our smart phone App technology that we use to manage our operation.
• Routes of work that our field teams manage will be continually looked at and revised and reduced in size in the event they need cover additional areas in the event of self isolation.
• As well as our field team locations we have two strategic office and depot locations in the UK and Head Office staff are also geared up to be further back up to teams in the field and provide further support.
