On 24th October 2022, AccuGrit agreed to acquire Thames Valley Gritting Services, a family-run business in the heart of the Chilterns. This purchase further cements our growth plans as the depot in the northwest of London is a crucial location to continue AccuGrit’s expansion into London and the South of UK territories.

Thames Valley Gritting Services has built an enviable reputation to become a local leader in private and public sector gritting contracts. Once the purchase is completed, AccuGrit will continue to build upon the reliable services of Thames Valley Gritting by moving its clients onto our innovative technology and equipment. In addition, AccuGrit will now offer the national clients of Thames Valley Gritting Services UK-wide services with one provider through our existing hubs.
