We are proud to announce that we are supporting the Government’s Kickstart Scheme, a program to help young people who are currently at risk of long-term unemployment, learn new skills and gain more experience in the workplace.
Our two new ‘Kickstarters’ will predominantly be assisting the administration team. However, we have devised a busy schedule that will see the recruits work across all disciplines so that they gain a good understanding of how a business operates, to stand them in good stead for future employment.
Specifically, they will liaise with our field teams, support the sales function (busy for 12 months of the year) and work closely with our Office Manager Leonie to ensure all admin is up to date and we are operationally ready when it comes to the start of our busy season.
Once they have arrived and settled, we make sure we formally introduce them.
